It's been a while since the last time I've updated my blog, mostly because I don't have much time to do it. I've been working on a couple of projects for Spain and France and also doing samples, which is what I post here. An awesome Dragon Ball samples page by crazy dude Ibán Coello and an X-Men samples page by the incredible Belén Ortega. Enjoy!

Hace un tiempo que no actualizo mi blog, siempre voy con las prisas y no encuentro el momento. He estado ocupado con Hoy Me Ha Pasado Algo Muy Bestia y en un nuevo proyecto para Soleil, además de seguir con alguna muestra, que es lo que cuelgo ahora. Una página de Dragon Ball al estilo Ibán Coello y una muestra de X-Men dibujada por la increíble Belén Ortega. Espero que os guste!

X-Men Legacy - David Baldeon

David Baldeon's style is quite different from anybody else's, 50% American 50% French, very unique and fresh and I had to ink a page or two done by him. Here's my take on his pencils.

Me encanta el estilo de David Baldeón, mitad americano, mitad francés, resultando en un una mezcla muy fresca y reconocible. Hacía tiempo que quería entintar algo suyo y por fin he tenido el tiempo, aqui os lo dejo.

Wolverine - Carlos Pacheco

I'm starting to get busy with projects (that I will talk about some other day) and have less time to do sample pages but until I'm able to post some of the work I'm doing, this is all I can show. Carlos Pacheco was always an inspiration for me, I read his comics growing up, amazed that he had managed to become a big name in the US market. He showed the way to a whole generation of Spanish artists, including myself. And so I had to ink something penciled by him, and here you have it.

Empiezo a estar bastante ocupado con algunos proyectos que todavía no puedo enseñar así que tengo menos tiempo para hacer páginas de muestra. Aún así, me apetecía mucho entintar algo de Carlos Pacheco, un pionero que nos ha inspirado a tantos a perseguir una carrera en el mercado americano. Espero que os guste!

Super Dinosaur - Jason Howard

I've always loved Jason Howard, I was a huge fan of Wolfman and I've really enjoyed what I've read of Super Dinosaur as well. And so I had to do some inking over his pencils, they just look to fun to work on. I got a few pages of his, here's the first one inked by me, I will post more soon.

Siempre me ha encantado el estilo de Jason Howard, tan cercano a la animación y uno de eso dibujantes que no necesita un detalle excesivo para explicar una historia y divertir como pocos. Me apetecía entintar algo suyo, aqúi la primera página que he entintado como muestra, espero tener alguna más pronto.
